EIRINI
EVRIPIDOU
Eirini Evripidou is originally from Cyprus and currently lives in Athens. She studied Digital Humanities at both undergraduate and postgraduate level at King’s College London and University College London, and has worked in related fields in both England and Greece.
From an early age, she showed a strong interest in art and artistic expression, particularly through poetry.
In 2011, she published her first poetry collection, Glass Roses, followed in September 2016 by her second collection, Daydreams (of a Moon), both released by Aiolos Publishers.
From November 2010 to June 2011, she attended the photography seminar Introduction to Creative Photography, taught by photographer Platon Rivellis.
In 2014, she presented her macro-photography exhibition Urban Contrasts – A Journey in Sunlight at the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation in Athens.
She is a co-founder of the Evripides Art Gallery in Athens, where she has been working since 2015. In October 2020, she was admitted to the “Iasmos” Higher Drama School, where she continues her studies.
