MITRELI-MASMANIDI
Ariadne-Foteini Mitreli-Masmanidi is an illustrator and visual arts educator.
She was born in Patras and currently lives and works in Athens. She studied illustration in the United Kingdom, earning an MA in Visual Arts (Illustration) from UAL (Camberwell) and a BA (Hons) in Illustration from the University of Wolverhampton. She also studied Art Education at the Athens School of Fine Arts, where she discovered her passion for teaching.
She has been drawing continuously since early childhood. She enjoys working by hand, creating images inspired by nature and everyday life.
Her work spans children’s illustration, posters, 3D constructions, textile design, ceramics, wallpaper design, exhibitions, and more. When she is not drawing or teaching, she spends time with Tito, dancing, drawing, and creating stories.
